How do I find a product ?

You can locate a particular product by clicking on the search icon and entering the product description or clicking on the topmenu of the website and filtering from the categories and collections.

You can also contact our concierge to assist you.


We offer a sizing chart on each product page to show various international conversions. You can find an international sizing conversion using this link.

The Scabal website will show sizes specific to your region however, all delivered products will have  the equivalent European size on the garment's label.

You can use our size guide by clicking through the sizing button into the product page or asking the concierge support to find the best size.

How do I know if a product is in stock ?

Items in our e-commerce usually are in stock. However, if a size is out of stock or an item is specially made to you, please be aware that it will take up to extra 17 business days to be produced and shipped. This is valid for personalised items as well.

How quickly can I get my order and how much will it cost ?

We only ship your order once all the payment and delivery details have been approved. We offer a free shipping for all products.

Orders in EU should arrive within 2 business days. 

You can track the progress of your order using the Order History tab in your account. 

Any delivery date or time specified by us is an estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you resulting from any delays in delivery. 

Which country/region can you deliver to ?

We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

How will my order be packed?

Your order will be delivered in one of our boxes designed to accommodate Scabal products. In the case of jackets and suits, these will be dispatched hanging on a hanger specifically designed for transportation.

Where is my order?

A confirmation email containing your order details and number will be sent to you once your order has been placed.

 Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirming the shipping details, with a tracking number. 

You can check the status of your order by visiting "Orders History" on your Scabal account to view your order and delivery status.

 If you haven't received your order within the specified delivery period please contact our team by e-mail: customercare@scabal.com. If you prefer, you can use our concierge service to help you.

My product is faulty, what can I do?

If you have any problem with your product please contact us by email at customercare@scabal.com.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order as a guest. But, registering with our site allows you to: 

Track your orders and look back at previous purchases.

Save addresses for easier ordering.

Manage your account details and order history, and see the status of your orders.

What if I forget my password?

Don’t worry. Just click at the ‘Reset Password’ button and follow instructions sent by e-mail.

Can I delete my Scabal account?

No problem! If you want to delete your Scabal account, just send us a request by the form at the Contact page.

It can take up to 30 days to process your request, but please be aware that once this request has been made you may lose access to your account immediately.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Paypal

When will my card be charged?

Your card will only be charged when your order is shipped as described in the applicable Terms of Sale.

What duties and taxes will I have to pay?

All orders shipped in the European Union are already inclusive of VAT by default. 

What are the conditions of Return or Exchange?

You may return or exchange (for color or size) any item you have purchased through the Scabal website within thirty (30) days after the products are received. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to customised products.

Can I cancel an order?

Once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you have any problem with your order please contact us by email at customercare@scabal.com. We will be happy to help you.

How do I Return or Exchange an item? 

The original purchaser can arrange a free return of any item bought through our website contacting us by email customercare@scabal.com. We will be happy to help you.

In case of payment by wire transfer received from a country outside the European Union, you will be contacted by our Customer Service to obtain all necessary information.

Please note that the bank account provided for the reimbursement must be the same bank account used for the original purchase. 

Can I return a personalised item?

Once a personalised order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale. 

Can I return an item gifted to me by someone else?

Gift items purchased on scabal.com may be returned. However, refunds will only be issued to the method of payment used for the original purchase.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Merchandise returned to the Scabal warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
